The Service Plan covers basic adjustments not covered by our warranty policy such as wheel trues, brake alignments, shifting adjustments, derailleur hanger adjustments, hydraulic disc brake bleeding bike assembly and tune-ups performed by a certified mechanic at a local bike shop.
The Service Plan does not cover upgrading parts and accessories or installation of such items i.e tubeless tires upgrades, dropper post installation, grip and pedal upgrade installation or any other personal items.
Service must be completed by a certified mechanic. To submit for reimbursement, fill out this form for a refund on your purchase, up to $100. A valid receipt for labor is required. The reimbursement amount will match only what is listed on the receipt.
The Service Plan is valid for 60 days from the date of delivery. It may be purchased retroactively within the first 30 days of bicycle ownership.
